A tired dog becomes a ride request

A 15-second live-action brand film turns a wordless dog-carrying problem into a spare availability message and CTA.

Field notes / why it works

A silent, strained face holds the question for 2.6 seconds before the oversized dog reveal. Five cuts in the first 9.8 seconds build from problem to physical effort to app proof; a 15-word voice line then lands over a high-contrast black card and simple CTA.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A miniature live-action story withholds its selling line until the viewer has felt a small, recognizable inconvenience. A person's strained expression opens a visual question; the reveal of an oversized, tired dog and a phone booking action turn that question into a service claim. The final five seconds strip away the imagery for a simple line and brand card.

Why it works

  • The first 2.6 seconds hold on a worried, winded face with no explanatory text or speech, leaving a visual curiosity gap.
  • Five cuts before 0:10 move from face to dog to wide context to the awkward carry to the app; the product enters only after the situation is legible.
  • The entire proposition fits in 15 spoken words beginning at 0:09.4; the black card at roughly 0:09.8 gives the line a quiet, high-contrast landing.
