A product manager shows Claude at work
An employee interview becomes a readable product demo, then a second split-screen proof point.
Field notes / why it works
The practitioner states a personal outcome within the first seven seconds, then names the old bottleneck at 0:22. A 58-second screen demonstration beginning at 0:59 gives the viewer time to follow a query and chart; a second example at 1:57 changes to split-screen proof, with the strongest replay peak at 2:07–2:09.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A product practitioner describes a job becoming faster and more independent, names the old bottleneck, and demonstrates two concrete ways the product helps. A calm interview carries the story; polished desk footage, a long screen demonstration, and a split-screen second example turn the claims into proof.
Why it works
- The first spoken word lands at 0:00 and the personal outcome arrives within 0:07; the opening gives a reason to care before naming the tool.
- The 0:59–1:57 screen segment shows a question, generated chart, and follow-up iteration. The measured 58.09-second hold lets the proof remain readable.
- The 2:07.4–2:09.2 replay peak falls during the second example, where a typed list appears beside the speaker; the 2:19.8–2:21.6 replay peak follows the test-case expansion claim. The replay data shows attention there, not why individual viewers replayed.
