Field notes / why it works

The first 3.4 seconds hold one extreme glass-and-gold composition while the reflections move, creating a visual mystery without rapid cutting. Product identity becomes clearer through 0:09.3, then a full-frame gold break at 0:09.3–0:13.1 refreshes the eye before the complete bottle payoff around 0:16.6. A black logo card at 0:20.2 gives the moving imagery a clean brand finish.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A silent, widescreen CGI luxury-product film turns one perfume bottle into an object of desire. It begins so close that the bottle is almost abstract, lets molten gold and refracted glass carry the first three seconds, then reveals more of the label and bottle before ending on a clean brand card. The promise is visual: {{PRODUCT}} will look precious before viewers see the full pack.

Why it works

  • The opening has zero cuts in its first 3 seconds, but the gold reflections keep moving against a sharp glass edge; the viewer waits to identify the object.
  • At roughly 3.4–13.1 seconds, closer product views and full-frame gold alternate, resetting scale and delaying the complete bottle reveal.
  • The 13.1–20.2 second hero passage moves from a diagonal product composition to an isolated upright bottle; the final 1.9 seconds then clear the frame for the logo.
