Search to launch in sixteen seconds
A dark, glowing product animation turns a typed domain search into free options, a second prompt, and a sparse launch cue.
Field notes / why it works
A glowing search field appears within 0.75 seconds and a query types by 2 seconds, putting the task on screen immediately. Four result rows with blue free badges arrive around 3.2 seconds, just before the voiced offer at 3.4 seconds. A second prompt near 6.4 seconds and fresh options near 8 seconds sustain movement before the sparse CTA around 11 seconds.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A short, dark product announcement makes an abstract website task feel like one fluid action: type a request, see choices, then get an encouraging launch cue. A low, upbeat narrator states the benefit while the animated interface supplies proof.
Why it works
- The search field forms within 0.25–0.75 s and a query types by 1.25–2.0 s, so the product action starts before any explanation finishes.
- By about 3.2 s, a compact result panel shows four domain options and repeated blue “Free” pills; the price promise lands in voice at 3.4 s.
- A second prompt over a small delivery robot around 6.4 s and a result list around 8.0 s renew the picture while the narration moves from benefit to action. The last spoken line ends by about 10 s, leaving time for a visual close.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 640×360 source · 16.02 s · 29.97 fps |
| Pace | Detector reports 1 continuous shot, 0 cuts/min, 16.02 s average shot; 2 flagged internal changes at 10.8 and 12.2 s. Continuous typing, resizing, and UI morphs create more perceptual activity than the cut count conveys. |
| Script | 30 spoken words · 177 wpm over the full video, 238 wpm during speech · four short sentences averaging 7.5 words · no question |
| Voice | Low-register, animated, assured adult narrator; concise benefit-led delivery |
| On screen | 100% designed product animation: 3D objects plus floating search and result UI; no presenter or live footage |
| Captions | No conventional subtitles; white text appears as typed UI and end-card copy |
| Sound | Continuous tonal, music-like bed; spoken voice front and center, with bed still present after speech. Specific effects are unverified. |
| Structure | Search hook → free-offer proof → natural-language prompt → options/payoff → sparse CTA/fade |
