Everyday Access Product Film
A music-led lifestyle launch film that turns daily encounters into feature proof, then resolves in a clean product packshot.
Field notes / why it works
The opening moves from a tactile door action to a case and an ear-worn product in 2.7 seconds, making the object understandable before any pitch. Human scenes carry feature labels at 0:06, 0:33 and 1:04, while pastel product views at 0:20 and 1:16 reset the visual rhythm; the clearest replay peak is the 1:37 packshot. The 32-shot, 100-second structure is precise enough to reuse, though its multi-location production is demanding.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A polished, music-led product film follows several people through streets, work, leisure, and social time. It proves the product's value by alternating lived situations with crisp feature labels and floating product views, then ends on a clean packshot. The promise becomes legible at about 0:06, when an everyday street encounter is paired with the open-design benefit; the first three seconds instead make the object intriguing through hands-on action.
Why it works
- The first 2.7 seconds move from a door latch to an opening case to the product being worn: three physical actions before exposition.
- Feature labels arrive over relevant proof, including an office scene for ambient awareness at 0:33–0:40, a call scene at 1:04–1:08, and a close-up control at 1:08–1:16.
- The film changes visual mode around 0:20, 1:16, and 1:33.5: pastel 3D product space, a feature-card run, then a white product packshot. The strongest replay peak is the 1:37 packshot.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 100.0 s · source measured at 640×360, 23.98 fps |
| Pace | 32 shots, 31 confirmed cuts; 18.6 cuts/min, possibly up to 33/min including uncertain changes. Mean 3.12 s, median 2.13 s; 2 clear changes within shots. |
| Script | Transcript tool detected 153 words, 98 wpm across runtime and 189 wpm during detected speech. Low confidence: 56 words and some apparent song/background lines; this is not a reliable narration target. |
| Voice | Brief, animated social exchanges and likely sung/background vocals; no continuous presenter or explanatory voiceover is evident from the sheets. |
| On screen | About two-thirds live-action lifestyle and product handling, one-fifth rendered product/feature space, the rest packshot/end card (visual estimates). |
| Captions | No running subtitles. White, centered benefit headlines with smaller supporting lines appear only on selected shots. |
| Sound | Continuous tonal bed measured near −19.5 dBFS; approximately 121 BPM (rough estimate). Mix measured −16.2 LUFS, −0.7 dBFS true peak. No measured pattern of impact sounds on every cut. |
| Structure | Tactile reveal → public-life proof → product/style → work and listening → connectivity/social use → feature-card run → human tagline → packshot/brand. No spoken CTA. |
