Field notes / why it works

The first second makes an invisible capability visible with a blue ray field, then the exposed sensor mechanism at 0:11–0:12 becomes the video's highest replay point. A large 360°×90° claim at 0:20 is followed by room, house, outdoor, glass, and close-range scan results through 1:22, so each specification gets visual proof before the film shifts to applications.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A premium technical launch film opens with a luminous product silhouette and a short promise, then moves from a familiar human analogy to an exposed mechanism, a measured capability, proof in increasingly difficult environments, and practical applications. It tells the story through concise labels, 3D renderings and visual tests; there is no intelligible narration.

Why it works

  • The opening promises a new sensing capability in the first second; the glowing beam makes an invisible function visible before specifications appear (0:00–0:01).
  • The mechanism is the strongest replay point: the exposed optical assembly at 0:11–0:12 has the normalized replay peak of 1.0.
  • The benefit is tested across different conditions: a 360°×90° scan claim at 0:20, room and house scans at 0:26–0:57, glass at 1:03–1:13, and close range at 1:13–1:22.

Pace9 main shots, 8 confirmed cuts, 4.8–7.9 cuts/min including uncertain changes; 23 internal steps, about 18.8 picture changes/min; mean shot 11.0 s, median 8.24 s
ScriptEssentially on-screen labels and short claim cards; no spoken script or meaningful WPM. A lone detected “You” at 1:37.6 coincides with the brand card and is not evidence of narration.
VoiceNone detected; no person or presenter
On screenApproximately 60% technical animation and point-cloud results, 25% product/application renders, 15% human analogy and real environment imagery (estimated from sheets)
CaptionsNo speech captions. White sans-serif claims, often bottom left; aqua/cyan spec emphasis.
SoundMeasured 104 BPM pulse; instrumental character is inferred. −12.2 LUFS integrated, +0.4 dBFS measured true peak; no clear cut-synced SFX signal.
