A robot proves its value on a working jobsite
A 59-second construction product film that turns live robot footage, field data and short cyan headlines into a capability story.
Field notes / why it works
The product is already moving in frame one, then 47 cuts over 59.1 seconds cycle through real obstacles, sites and camera distances. Short cyan headlines connect physical proof to a workflow: data capture at 0:14, progress monitoring at 0:20, route planning at 0:38 and insight at 0:43. The highest replay peak at 0:04.8–0:05.4 falls on terrain and edge movement, the most distinctive visual proof.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A silent-voice, live-action product film opens on a robot already working at a construction site, then proves what it can do across multiple real locations. Short cyan headline bars turn the action into a four-part value story: capture, monitor, adapt, act.
Why it works
- The moving subject appears immediately; a delayed cut at 0:02.5 lets viewers register its unusual gait before the montage accelerates to 47.7 cuts/min.
- The claim is repeatedly demonstrated: stair and rough-terrain movement at 0:04–0:06, data capture and inspection at 0:14–0:24, route and model views at 0:36–0:44.
- The largest replay peak, 0:04.8–0:05.4, lands on physical mobility proof, while a later peak at 0:23.4–0:24.0 coincides with another jobsite traversal.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 59.1 s · source measured at 640×360, 23.98 fps |
| Pace | 48 shots, 47 cuts; 47.7–54.9 possible cuts/min including uncertain changes; 1.23 s mean and 1.1 s median shot |
| Script | No spoken words; roughly seven short value headlines plus the product introduction and brand end card |
| Voice | None. Text carries the proposition; people are shown as jobsite operators, not presenters. |
| On screen | Predominantly live-action site and robot footage; brief tablet, laptop, route-map and 3D data views; one black end card |
| Captions | Cyan rectangular headline strip with small white sans-serif text, usually lower left; occasional black second line; no dialogue subtitles |
| Sound | Continuous tonal music-like bed (inferred from measurement), roughly 170 BPM or half-time; −14.9 LUFS integrated, −1.8 dBFS true peak; no clear cut-synced effects |
| Structure | Product reveal → autonomous capture → progress monitoring → mobility and mission planning → data insight → safer operation → brand stop |
