Why it works
The centered device rotation and app-icon reveal make the promise readable by about 2.3 seconds without speech. A QR code at 5.7 seconds, paired-device scan and progress from 8 to 20.8 seconds, and completed-state reveal around 22 seconds make each step visible before the benefit line at 28.2 seconds.
