Field notes / why it works

The title and spoken three-level comfort promise land by 0:03.2, then an animated 1–3 bar graphic makes the ranking instantly legible. From 0:06–0:14, overhead strap and back-panel details plus a walking test prove the first level's drawback; at 0:24–0:31, a new progress cue and hands-on adjustment shot make the final upgrade tangible. Twenty shots in 34.2 seconds keep each claim paired with a fresh visual.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A presenter promises three ascending levels of a product category in the opening second. Each step earns its place through physical evidence: show a feature, explain its consequence, then cut to the next level. The third level adds one decisive improvement and ends by asking viewers which level fits them.

Why it works

  • The upper title states the list immediately at 0:00, while the spoken promise names the benefit by 0:03.2.
  • At 0:02–0:03.8, three numbered green bars visualize the escalation before the first item appears; the bars return as a one-bar level-three reset at 0:24.3–0:26.2.
  • From 0:06.1–0:13.8, close-ups of straps, back panel, and a walking test turn a comfort claim into visible reasons. The same feature-by-feature grammar carries the comparison to 0:33.3.
