Field notes / why it works

The viewer comment and an opening bottle turn the question into an immediate visual promise at 0:00. A measured pour begins at 0:02, a first quantity is held up around 0:11, and a larger comparison lands around 0:30, making the numbers tangible. From 0:32 onward, the explanation shifts to observable signs and a practical next step, so the demonstration leads to useful context.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A persistent comment bubble asks a concrete question while an educator starts handling a dark red liquid prop in the first frame. The answer moves from an ordinary range to a visibly larger amount, then from a number to practical signs and next steps. The viewer can understand the scale by looking at the vessels even with the sound off.

Why it works

  • The question is voiced immediately at 0:00 while the hand opens the bottle; the persistent comment makes the reply context clear.
  • Numbers become physical comparisons: a pour begins at 0:02, a glass is presented around 0:11, and a larger spoonful comparison lands around 0:30.
  • The video changes the test from a single quantity to frequency and daily impact at 0:32–1:09, giving the viewer a reason to stay after the visual reveal.
