Why it works
Staff photos accumulate in the first 1.5 seconds, then question bubbles and a visible cost card at about 3.8–6.2 seconds make the problem concrete. A sparse logo reset at 10.5 seconds separates the pain from a quick three-pillar run, while the longer 21–26.3-second collage makes the role-and-location outcome feel broad and personal. The 13-shot, 27-second structure and recurring mint UI language are both reusable for another product.
