Customer Signals, Caught in Motion
A 32-second Rulebase product film turns customer messages into a visible detection-and-action workflow through spare typography and UI motion.
Field notes / why it works
A typed support exchange creates a concrete problem by 0:01.75, and one message turning pink at 0:06.8 makes the risk instantly legible. A one-second black brand reset at 0:13.5 leads into animated workflow states at 0:15.8–0:19.4, so the product claim has visible proof before the spare end card at 0:30.1.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A customer message appears to be a routine support exchange; the narrator identifies the hidden operational risk, then a calm product UI finds and handles it. The film shifts from a nearly empty gray canvas to an intricate live workflow and closes on a clean brand card.
Why it works
- The opening question types letter by letter from 0:00.5 and becomes a tiny two-line conversation by 0:01.75, making a familiar situation tangible before the pitch.
- At 0:06.8, one customer card turns pink; by 0:10.1, the scattered examples resolve into a concise risk label. The viewer gets a visual diagnosis before the solution.
- At 0:14.0, a one-second black brand reset separates problem from solution. The second half shows a timed UI response (0:15.8–0:19.4), then the end card delivers the proposition (0:30.1).
