A Quiet Claim Becomes an Agent Workflow

A 67-second ElevenAgents Architect launch film that moves from sparse motion design to a concrete UI approval loop and a second prompt-to-agent example.

Field notes / why it works

The opening states the capability at 0:00 but withholds the first cut until 0:04.45, letting a tiny abstract square build curiosity. From 0:09 to 0:21, the film shows a complete question, diagnosis, proposed fix, and human approval; a fresh request at 0:33 broadens the promise. Its 15 shots and 11 internal UI changes keep a calm pace while making each claim visible.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A calm, design-led launch film opens with a surprising capability claim over almost empty off-white space. It then turns a soft abstract square into an interface: ask a question, see a diagnosis and proposed fix, approve it, and watch the product extend that same ability to a second use case. The final third widens from one UI to real customer archetypes and a brand close.

Why it works

  • The claim arrives in speech at 0:00 while the picture is near blank; the first visual reveal waits until about 0:02.2 and the first cut until 0:04.45. This creates a deliberate gap for the viewer to fill.
  • The capability is shown as a chain of cause and effect at 0:09–0:20: a user question, a diagnosis, a proposed change, a workflow, and an Approve button.
  • A second job starts at 0:33.4, then becomes a typed request with attached documents at 0:38–0:47. The same system feels broader without a list of features.
