From Figma frames to a live Codex preview

A silent feature announcement turns three selected design frames into a visible implementation workflow, then closes on paired marks.

Field notes / why it works

The 0:00–0:05.2 cursor-led push establishes the workspace, then three design frames at 0:09–0:18.7 become a selected attachment and typed request by 0:20–0:25. A phone preview at 0:31–0:34 supplies concrete proof, while seven internal UI changes maintain 21 picture changes per minute despite only eight shots and no audio.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A silent, desktop-first feature announcement shows a design moving from an assistant's starting screen, through selected design frames and a written implementation request, to a running mobile preview. The viewer learns the integration by watching one complete workflow; paired product marks close the film.

Why it works

  • It starts inside the product at 0:00, with the cursor poised to act; the roughly five-second continuous zoom makes a quiet UI feel intentional before the first cut at 0:05.2.
  • The proof has a readable chain: three mobile frames at about 0:11–0:18, a “3 Selected” attachment and typed request at 0:20–0:25, then code and a phone preview at 0:31–0:34.
  • The 0:34–0:40 graphic reset and paired-logo card turn a screen workflow into a compact announcement. Eight shots and seven internal steps produce 21 picture changes per minute without speech.
