WonderSearch Particle-to-Proof Launch Film
A 37.5-second, voice-free launch film that moves from particle spectacle to search UI and quantified proof.
Field notes / why it works
A tiny particle cluster grows into a directional stream before three large claims land between 0:01.9 and 0:03.7, making the promise understandable without speech. The film then shows a typed query around 0:05.4 and a highlighted route by 0:09.1, followed by system and cost graphics from 0:13 and two difficulty examples around 0:21–0:24. Its 10 shots contain seven internal changes, so the longer proof scenes keep moving without burying the UI in rapid cuts.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A widescreen, sound-led launch film turns a tiny luminous data point into a broad promise, then demonstrates that promise through a search interface, a route-finding graphic, and quantified benefit cards. It ends on a restrained brand and URL card. The viewer gets the proposition by about 0:03.7, sees an applied example by 0:09, and reaches numeric proof around 0:21–0:24.
Why it works
- The first 1.9 seconds grow a bright particle trail against near-black; three large headline cards then land before 0:03.7. The promise is legible without audio.
- A sample query enters at about 0:05.4, and the route graphic develops from 0:08.2 to 0:09.1. Abstract capability becomes a visible action.
- The film changes evidence type: capability, interface, architecture/cost, then query difficulty. The medium and high examples at 0:21.2 and 0:23.3 keep the middle from becoming one long feature list.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | X · 1280×720, 16:9 · 37.5 s at 30 fps |
| Pace | 10 measured shots, 9 cuts; 14.4–17.6 cuts/min counting uncertain changes; 25.6 picture changes/min; 3.75 s mean shot, 2.82 s median |
| Script | No spoken script; three opening headline cards, short interface labels, cost/difficulty cards, and end-card copy |
| Voice | None. The isolated 0:28.6 transcript token is not intelligible speech and is treated as a transcription artifact. |
| On screen | Designed motion graphics throughout: particle field, kinetic type, simulated product UI, charts, proof cards, logo |
| Captions | None; large central headlines and tiny technical UI labels serve different roles |
| Sound | Continuous music-like bed, approximately 129 BPM (low-confidence estimate); accents near cuts are inferred; −14.0 LUFS integrated, −3.1 dBFS true peak |
| Structure | Particle curiosity → three-part promise → example query → search visualization → cost/proof → logo and URL |
