A Silent Side-by-Side AI Scene Comparison

A fixed split-screen browser capture compares two AI-generated scenes, with a push-in, dark turn, late light reveal, and visual reset.

Starter prompt / by Refs

The creator shared no short prompt. This is ours for making a film like it with Claude.

Bring an ancient Greek amphora to life in a three.js scene: turn the vase from a lathe profile, set it on a dark museum plinth under a warm spotlight, and paint a black-figure frieze of the Trojan Horse around its belly. Then animate the painted figures so the horse is wheeled toward the walls of Troy and soldiers slip out, keeping the flat terracotta-and-black style while the camera slowly circles. Run it as one HTML file and record 20 seconds at 1920×1080.

Field notes / why it works

Both labeled outputs are visible at 0:00, so the premise is clear without narration. The fixed two-panel frame makes differences easy to inspect as the right scene pushes in by about 0:04, darkens near 0:11, reaches a bright reveal around 0:18, and resets near 0:20. One continuous 21.8-second shot lets the generated outputs carry the story.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A silent browser capture holds two generated outputs side by side under one short task title. The viewer can judge the contrast without narration: a restrained left scene against a right scene that moves closer, changes light, reveals a dramatic detail, then resets.

Why it works

  • The comparison is legible immediately: both labels and both objects are present at 0:00, with no intro or setup card.
  • The right output grows from a full object to a close view by roughly 0:04, while the left stays small. The camera movement gives the viewer a reason to keep comparing.
  • The dark turn at 0:11 and bright interior at 0:18 create a late payoff; both outputs return to a wide view around 0:20, making the clip easy to loop.

On screen100% fixed browser comparison: two nearly equal panels, both visible throughout. Left is a small, flat-looking vessel scene; right is a larger, rendered vessel on a dark plinth.
CaptionsNone; only persistent interface title, model labels, controls, and small metrics.
