Mirrored Light and Dark Finance UI
A 15-second split-screen fintech motion study that cycles UI states before one close-up cut.
Field notes / why it works
The first frame establishes a readable 50/50 light-versus-dark interface, then labels, icons, counters and circular charts rotate through multiple states by 2.75 s without a cut. One hard cut at 5.87 s enlarges the deposit interaction, giving the dense overview a clear focal payoff despite only 4.1 cuts per minute.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A silent, wide product motion study presents the same family of finance interactions in a warm light theme on the left and an electric dark theme on the right. The opening instantly promises range: category tiles, floating icons, phone notifications, a balance wheel, and deposit controls cycle through the frame, then a single cut enlarges one interaction.
Why it works
- At 0:00 the two themes and four UI zones are already visible. Viewers grasp the comparison before reading a sentence.
- From 0:00–2:75, labels, icons, phone cards, numeric counters, and circular charts keep changing inside one uncut composition. Motion replaces cut frequency.
- At 0:05.9 the only detected cut moves from the dashboard overview to a closer deposit and wheel view, giving the opening details a focal payoff.
