A silent phone walkthrough turns layered paper letters and postcards into an interactive language-learning reveal.
Field notes / why it works
The first frame shows two touchable folders, and the top one starts opening around 0:01, so the product premise lands without narration. One uninterrupted 26.3-second capture keeps renewing attention with a letter thread, a page turn near 0:07.5, a second object around 0:16, and a photo-to-definition flip near 0:19.5. Returning to the folder index at about 0:25 makes the demo feel complete and loopable.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A centered phone floats on pale blue while a user explores an app built around physical paper objects. The promise is made visually: a folder opens into a layered letter, then a separate postcard reveals a photo and a word definition. There is no narration, caption track, or sales card; the interface demonstrates the idea.
Why it works
- The first frame shows two distinct, touchable folders; the top folder begins opening by about 0:01. The product's tactile premise is understood before any explanation.
- A single take sustains a 26.3 s journey by changing object states: folder → letter thread → page turn at about 0:07.5 → folder index at about 0:13–15 → postcard and definition at about 0:16–20.
- The postcard produces a second payoff at 0:18–20: a travel photo flips to a vocabulary card. The final return to the folder index at 0:25.2 brings the journey back to its start.
