Reusable Rules for an AI Design Agent

A 30-second feature announcement uses typed rules and a same-task page comparison to make an agent workflow tangible.

Field notes / why it works

The opening shows three concrete preferences being typed while the narrator promises less repetition in the first four seconds. Although there is only one cut in 30 seconds, ten changes within the UI keep the demo active; the improved same-task page arrives around 0:19, followed by a simple entry action around 0:25.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A polished 16:9 product announcement starts with a relatable workflow frustration, demonstrates an ordinary result, then reveals a reusable control that improves the same task. A single moving view of a dark interface carries nearly all of the story while the narrator turns the contrast into a one-sentence benefit.

Why it works

  • The promise arrives in the first four seconds: a standard need only be set once. The picture simultaneously shows small rules being typed into an agent, so the claim has visible proof.
  • The comparison takes time to land: an initial page appears around 0:05–0:09; a more developed page arrives around 0:19. The viewer sees the upgrade before the final instruction.
  • The closing action is small and concrete: at about 0:25 the interface returns to a slash command, tying the feature back to a repeatable workflow.
