One Dance, Eight Bodies
A silent AI character-swap launch film that proves the same motion across a transformation, eight-up grid, and paired examples.
Field notes / why it works
The kitchen dancer changes identity by about 2.25 s while the action and framing stay recognizable, making the core claim understandable without narration. A synchronized eight-character grid at 4.2–9.4 s proves range, then three 2 s comparisons and a longer paired guitar example show how to evaluate the result. The sparse green-on-black card at about 22.5 s lands only after the visual evidence.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A silent product launch film demonstrates one motion transferred across radically different subjects. It starts with an ordinary vertical dance clip, reveals an altered body while preserving the dance, multiplies the result in a synchronized eight-character grid, then uses side-by-side and three-panel examples before a brief product card.
Why it works
- The transformation is visible by about 2.25 s in a continuous-looking kitchen shot: the viewer understands the promise before any technical explanation.
- At 4.2–9.4 s, eight characters repeat one driving action; the grid makes consistency and range legible at a glance.
- At 9.4–15.4 s, three source-to-result comparisons show how to judge the tool; the guitar example at 15.4–22.5 s escalates into two simultaneous replacements.
