Agents Ask for Context

A 23-second illustrated feature announcement turns agent failure into a comic dashboard, a waiting gag, and a two-screen product payoff.

Field notes / why it works

The first 3 seconds turn a stressed silhouette into a terminal and agent dashboard, setting up a problem without narration. Four-cell agent dialogue escalates into one oversized complaint near 0:07, then an 8-second clock-and-microwave wait gag makes the missing context feel costly. Two named capabilities on a laptop and phone provide a concrete answer at about 0:18.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A developer-like character struggles in front of a computer; the camera moves into a grid of personified software agents who cannot complete a task without context. A long, absurd wait turns the missing input into a joke, then a device pair reveals the product capabilities that resolve it. The product promise arrives visually around 0:18, with the link and full claim supplied by the accompanying post.

Why it works

  • The first 1.5 seconds move from hands clutching hair to a laptop, creating an immediate problem without requiring a title card.
  • The dashboard at 0:04–0:08 turns an abstract agent failure into four small characters and brief speech bubbles; a larger bubble at about 0:07 gives the agents a shared complaint.
  • A clock, blank display, and microwave occupy 0:08–0:16 before the 0:18 product reveal. The delay makes the missing context feel costly, then provides a clear visual release.
