A Decision Tree Becomes a Living Audience

A cinematic product launch turns branching choices into a simulated population dashboard, then closes on an accuracy claim.

Field notes / why it works

The first 6.57 seconds hold one branching-grid shot, making an abstract choice easy to follow before the product appears. A rapid 0:09.8–0:16.6 crowd montage ties the model to people, then the 0:37.4–1:01.6 dashboard shows groups, timelines and iterative outcomes before the final proof card. The video closes with a seven-second brand and URL hold that gives the invitation room to land.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A calm, cinematic launch film turns an abstract decision into a visible future: one dot becomes branches, branches become a population, and that population becomes a dashboard the viewer can test. It promises foresight by 0:10, shows the mechanism by 0:27, demonstrates iteration from 0:37, and ends on a quantified proof card and invitation.

Why it works

  • The sparse grid and single dot make the opening claim legible without an early cut: zero picture changes in the first three seconds, then branches grow into the promise by 0:10.
  • A sudden 0:09.8–0:16.6 crowd montage uses 0.27–1.17 second shots to connect the abstract diagram to real people; the surrounding diagram and dashboard shots last much longer.
  • The 0:37–1:01 dashboard lets the audience see groups, percentages and timeline changes before the 0:61.6 accuracy claim. That order gives the final number a visual context, though the claim itself is not independently verified here.
