Biometric sign-in shape-to-UI reveal

A silent feature launch morphs abstract shapes into a biometric action, proves it in a phone flow, then lands a spare title and logo.

Field notes / why it works

Two black dots start morphing within the first second, creating a visual question that resolves into a recognizable Face ID action at about 0:05. The mobile flow then shows a sign-in and successful account state by about 0:12, so the feature title at 0:14 names a benefit the viewer has already seen. A nearly empty white canvas, five measured internal changes, and a long logo hold keep each beat easy to read.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A single continuous, white-field motion piece turns a few abstract black shapes into a familiar biometric action, then shows that action working inside a mobile sign-in flow. The feature is named only after the viewer has seen the proof. There is no narration or presenter; music carries the tempo.

Why it works

  • The first 3 seconds turn two isolated dots into curved strokes, creating a visual question before any copy appears (0:00–0:03).
  • The recognizable “Continue with Face ID” control at about 0:05 bridges the abstract icon animation to a real task.
  • The phone flow arrives around 0:08, and the account screen around 0:12; the title at 0:14 therefore labels a capability already demonstrated.
