Why it works
The opening uses a personal mystery and two cuts within 3 seconds, then gives the viewer a clear visual reward when the dark retro world flips to a bright product world around 0:30–0:37. The reveal is backed by a concrete sequence: typed request at 0:40, builder UI at 0:45, a call placement at 0:50, connected tools at 0:52 and varied human roles by 1:05. Small subtitles and a low character voice let the cinematic footage carry the first half, while the last eight seconds provide a clean brand stop.
