A silent, one-shot recruiting dashboard showcase built around sidebar reflow and metric dropdown interactions.
Field notes / why it works
The full dashboard appears at 0:00, making the design immediately inspectable. A sidebar collapse near 2.4 seconds visibly recovers space, then KPI dropdowns around 6.9 and 10.4 seconds demonstrate interaction without disturbing the task and schedule panels. The continuous 20.8-second shot gives the updated card state time to settle; there are zero cuts and no audio track.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A polished desktop operations dashboard is already fully visible in frame one. A small series of plausible interactions—the navigation condenses, metric menus open, and summary cards update—shows how much information the interface can hold without a narrator or cuts. The promise is an immediate look at a usable, responsive product screen.
Why it works
- The opening shows the whole interface at 0:00, so viewers can judge the design without waiting for an intro.
- At about 2.4 s, the sidebar folds to an icon rail and the content expands; this is the largest visible motion and proves responsiveness.
- The metric controls at about 6.9 and 10.4 s introduce a second interaction pattern while the task, compliance, applicant, and schedule panels stay in place.
