Depth Map Motion Transfer in Three Panels

A 17.7-second feature proof aligns original motion, its depth map, and a transformed result across three examples.

Field notes / why it works

By 0:00.25 the fixed input–depth–result columns make the feature's claim testable through matching body poses. The full triptych changes at 0:05.6 and 0:11.4, providing two fresh proofs without requiring viewers to relearn the layout; the last example has the strongest wardrobe contrast.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A wide frame becomes a persistent three-column proof: original input → machine-readable intermediate → final result. Three different human-motion examples play in sequence, while the column labels stay fixed. The first comparison makes the promise immediately; the following examples test whether the result holds across different subjects and scenes.

Why it works

  • By 0:00.25, the viewer can compare body position across all three columns without waiting for an explanation.
  • The center depth silhouette is visually unlike either live-action panel: white/gray against near-black. It makes the causal step legible even at thumbnail size.
  • New examples at 0:05.6 and 0:11.4 refresh the proof while preserving the same layout, so the viewer can scan for motion correspondence.

Pace4 measured shots, including a 0.1 s opening fragment; 3 cuts, 10.2 cuts/min; mean 4.43 s, median 5.65 s
ScriptNo explanatory narration. Automated transcript detects six repetitions of “go” during the opening, likely part of the soundtrack (inferred).
VoiceBrief low-register rhythmic vocal/chant, if used; no presenter or spoken walkthrough
On screen100% simultaneous three-panel comparison; live-action source on left, depth visualization center, generated/stylized result right
CaptionsThree persistent bottom labels, white heavy sans with black stroke; no sentence subtitles
SoundDriving rhythmic track; rough beat estimate 134 BPM, low confidence; measured mix −11.7 LUFS, −0.3 dBFS true peak
Structure0.1 s opening fragment, then three approximately 5.5–6.3 s examples; no in-video CTA
