Field notes / why it works
The name holds on black for about 2.8 seconds, then the film advances through a database diagram (0:05.8), performance warning (0:09.4), and real-looking setup form (0:14.7). The green action at 0:18.6 leads to a source-to-destination schema change by 0:28.6; 13 internal picture changes keep the 3-shot, 36-second film moving without clutter.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A restrained feature-launch film names the product on black, states the operational problem in a few small text cards, then shows one decisive interface action and its downstream effect. The story moves from system pressure to a calm result without a narrator.
Why it works
- The title is readable from frame 0 and holds for roughly 2.8 seconds before the next visual step; the viewer knows the subject immediately.
- A diagram at 0:05.8, pressure chart at 0:09.4, and actual setup form at 0:14.7 turn the claim into increasingly concrete proof.
- The 0:18.6 button reveal bridges the feature promise to the 0:25–0:29 schema animation, making the payoff visible as a change in data structure.
