A Workflow Drawn as an Orbit
Linear's Loops launch turns recurring agent work into one continuous, monochrome orbital animation with a late reveal.
Field notes / why it works
A glowing point starts moving along a near-black track in the first second, then sparse labels turn that visual mystery into a readable workflow by about 0:03.7. One continuous shot uses eight measured graphic changes and scale shifts around 0:08–0:12 and 0:21–0:25 to reveal recurrence without a conventional demo. The simple availability line at 0:33.6 gains force after the dense orbits recede.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A dark, abstract motion film turns a recurring work process into a luminous orbital track. Small labels at successive nodes show the process moving from trigger through work to result; the orbit then expands into a system of loops before a restrained availability card and logo close.
Why it works
- The first 1.2 seconds put a bright moving point and the first workflow label against near-black, creating a visual question before any product claim.
- The same curved path carries new steps at roughly 3.7, 17.5, and 20.2 seconds, so the viewer can follow a complex process without a screen recording or narration.
- The feature is implied visually for about 30 seconds before the direct availability message at 33.9 seconds; the 36.8-second logo then supplies a clean brand sign-off.

| Reference | |
|---|---|
| Platform · aspect · length | X · 1280×720, 16:9 · 40.45 s · 60 fps |
| Pace | One continuous animated shot, zero detected cuts, eight measured graphic changes (11.9 picture changes/min); camera travel and moving light create internal rhythm |
| Script | No reliable spoken script; brief labels replace narration. The automated seven-word transcript at 28.6 s is low-confidence and does not align with a visible speaker. |
| Voice | None apparent; no people shown |
| On screen | Approximately 90% abstract orbital motion graphics and 10% end cards (inferred from sampled frames) |
| Captions | No subtitles. Small, sparse, uppercase technical labels follow the arcs. |
| Sound | Dark electronic/ambient bed (inferred); measured −18.0 LUFS integrated, −3.9 dBFS true peak; tempo heuristic 134 BPM, low confidence |
| Structure | Trigger → process steps → nested recurring system → product message → brand logo |
