Field notes / why it works

Three cuts in the first three seconds set up a giant cost figure by about 0:01.5, making the problem understandable before the founder pitch settles. At 0:40–0:50, a black simplicity card, white input view, and 1.2-billion scale graphic turn the problem into a concrete product action; later customer categories and the 1,000-team claim extend the proof before the 1:24.8 demo call.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A founder-style, 16:9 launch film opens on the size of a costly search problem, shows several people who need an answer, then demonstrates a simple product promise. A presenter in a bright outdoor setting anchors the pitch while numbers, customer examples, logos, and a brief interface view provide proof. The final line points to one demo URL.

Why it works

  • The first picture changes after 0.17 seconds, with three cuts in three seconds; the opening spoken number lands at 0:01.3 and becomes a giant screen graphic by about 0:01.5.
  • The first 40 seconds make the task matter to different buyers; 0:40–0:50 then compresses the solution into a typed description and a 1.2 billion-person scale graphic.
  • Proof arrives in layers: backers and experienced operators at 0:24–0:39, product reach at 0:47–0:57, customer categories at 0:57–1:13, and a team-count claim after 1:13.
