Field notes / why it works
The feature headline finishes appearing by 0:00.75, then a single bug card makes the new capability concrete at 0:03. Seven major on-screen changes carry that same task through an agent update, human approval at 0:14, a second agent at 0:18, a deliverable at 0:22, and Ship at 0:25.8 without a cut or voiceover.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A blank off-white canvas types a plain announcement, then one task card moves through a collaborative workflow. Status colours, small agent updates, a human reply and a result link make the feature understandable without speech.
Why it works
- The headline is legible by 0:00.75; the viewer knows the feature before the demo begins at 0:03.
- One bug stays on every card from 0:03 to 0:26, so seven state changes read as progress on a single job rather than separate feature shots.
- The human reply at 0:14–0:16 and second agent handoff at 0:16–0:19 turn a static board into a team interaction; the Ship state at 0:25.8 supplies the payoff.
