Aside's Provocation-to-Proof Browser Launch
A silent AI-browser launch film that turns a provocative typed hook into UI proof, benchmark claims, privacy cards, and a spare brand close.
Field notes / why it works
A tiny search field grows into an unfinished claim and icon reveal by 0:03, creating curiosity without narration. The 0:21 dark-to-white switch introduces readable UI tasks through 0:53, followed by a five-row comparison around 0:55 and a privacy answer at 1:08; 25 internal visual changes keep the long compositions moving.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A text-led launch film starts inside a tiny search field, zooms to an unfinished provocative claim, and reveals product/category icons before explaining the frustration. It then shifts to bright, concrete interface proof and closes with a quantitative claim, a broad capability promise, a trust statement, and a spare logo card. The video makes its actual product promise at about 0:18–0:26.
Why it works
- The first 3 seconds reveal only part of the claim: the search field becomes a large glowing typed card while the answer remains withheld until the icon reveal around 0:02–0:04.
- A dark problem section at 0:07–0:19 becomes a white, legible product demo by 0:21; the visual change makes the claimed solution tangible.
- It stacks different evidence: UI tasks at 0:25–0:49, a five-row benchmark at 0:55, capability cards at 0:57–1:06, and privacy at 1:08–1:19.
