Spreadsheet add-on launch with two task demos
A silent integration launch that types its claim, proves two spreadsheet tasks, and closes on a plain CTA.
Field notes / why it works
The availability claim assembles by 1.75 seconds on an uncluttered white card, so it reads without sound. A first spreadsheet task fills 4–24 seconds, a white benefit card resets attention at 24–28 seconds, and a more ambitious dashboard task delivers the payoff around 36–40 seconds. Four measured cuts keep the interface stable enough to follow while typed prompts and eight internal steps provide motion.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A plain white, typed announcement resolves the product and availability in under two seconds. The video then proves the claim in a spreadsheet: type a task into a chat panel, show the edited data, reset with a benefit card, repeat with a more ambitious task, and end on a simple call to action. It is a launch announcement carried by screen proof, with no narrator or presenter.
Why it works
- The offer is readable by 1.75 seconds, even with sound off; the first three seconds have no cuts.
- The proof escalates from an update request at 4–24 seconds to a leadership dashboard request at 28–44.5 seconds.
- White benefit and CTA cards at about 24 and 48 seconds let a viewer absorb the message between dense interface shots.

|---|---|
| Platform · aspect · length | X · 1278 × 720, 16:9 · 51.5 s · 60 fps |
| Pace | 5 measured shots, 4 cuts, 4.7 cuts/min; 8 internal steps, about 14 picture changes/min; 10.31 s mean shot, 7.03 s median |
| Script | No reliable spoken script. One detected “You” at 7 seconds conflicts with the otherwise empty transcript and appears to be a false positive. Information is conveyed by cards and UI text. |
| Voice | None; no speaking person appears |
| On screen | White typography cards and desktop spreadsheet/chat screen capture; no live action |
| Captions | None; headline, benefit, UI input, and CTA are native on-screen copy |
| Sound | Audio is present at −23.4 LUFS integrated, −6.1 dBFS true peak; 117 BPM music-like pulse is a measurement heuristic (timbre unverified); no confirmed cut SFX |
| Structure | Availability → task 1 input and result → benefit card → task 2 input and result → CTA and brand sign-off |
