Field notes / why it works

A coloured tile reveal resolves to a credible speaker by 0:00.75, while the opening line establishes the launch claim by 0:02.7. Oversized figures, a benchmark chart at 0:10.7, and a speed card at 0:18.8 make the technical claims easy to follow. The sequence turns scale into concrete work examples at 0:27.8–0:41.4, then shows the mechanism with contrasting node diagrams at 0:49.8–1:03.0 before the access CTA.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A credible technical founder speaks directly to camera while sparse, high-contrast graphics turn abstract claims into numbers and diagrams. A coloured tile mosaic opens over the face; the script moves from an immediate breakthrough claim to benchmarks, practical use cases, a simple mechanism, and an early-access invitation.

Why it works

  • The first frame is a dense colour mosaic; it clears by 0:00.75 to reveal the speaker and a role label while the launch claim begins at 0:00.
  • The claims acquire visual proof quickly: an oversized context number at 0:07.5, a benchmark chart at 0:10.7, and a speed card at 0:18.8.
  • The video converts scale into consequences at 0:27.8–0:40.6, then uses two node diagrams at 0:49.8–1:03.0 to explain the mechanism before the access invitation at 1:09.4.

Platform · aspect · lengthX · 16:9, 1280×720 · 84.8 s at 60 fps
Pace20 shots, 19 cuts, 13.4 cuts/min; 16 internal graphic changes, 24.8 picture changes/min total; mean shot 4.24 s, median 3.05 s
Script250 words; 182 wpm overall, 206 wpm during speech; 17 sentences averaging 14.7 words; no questions; 14 number mentions
VoiceOne low-register, measured but energetic technical founder archetype; confident falling sentence ends
On screenAbout 77% presenter-led frames (often with overlays), 23% full-frame charts, cards, and graphic sequences, estimated from shot durations
CaptionsSmall, thin white, one short phrase or word at a time, centred near the bottom; larger serif claims and numbers are separate overlays
SoundContinuous tonal music-like bed measured under speech; no clear recurring cut effects; −14.6 LUFS measured, +0.2 dBFS measured true peak
StructureSeven beats: claim → benchmark → speed/scale → user impact → mechanism → quantified payoff → access CTA
