A Humanoid's 10 m/s Track Sprint

A 30-second robot speed announcement that opens on a numerical claim, then uses wide track footage and measurement detail as proof.

Field notes / why it works

The first 0.3 seconds pair an oversized speed claim with the machine already in stride, then a 5.6-second wide track view lets viewers judge its movement against lane markings. Four running shots occupy about 20.6 seconds before the 22.4-second cut to track and ruler detail, giving the announcement a tangible test setting; the supplied frames do not independently verify the claimed speed.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A big numerical claim arrives over a close view of the product already performing the feat. The rest is mostly unbroken action from several angles, followed by a physical scale/track-detail insert and a restrained brand end card. The promise is visible at 0:00; the footage shows the feat, although these sheets do not independently verify the stated speed.

Why it works

  • The opening spends only 0.3 seconds on the headline before switching to a wide track shot. The viewer can immediately compare the claim with real motion.
  • The robot stays in frame through four running sequences totaling about 20.6 seconds. Wide views with lane markings and human-scale surroundings make speed and scale legible.
  • At 22.4 seconds, the video changes from action to a ruler/track-detail insert. That gives the claim a tangible test-setting cue before the 28.0-second logo card; the visible ruler alone does not establish speed.

Platform · aspect · lengthX · 16:9, 1280×720 · 30.2 s at 30 fps
Pace8 shots, 7 detected cuts, 13.9 cuts/min; 9 uncertain visual changes put an upper bound at 31.8/min. Mean shot 3.77 s, median 4.2 s.
ScriptEssentially visual; a headline, small technical claim, and brand end card. No reliable spoken script.
VoiceNo confirmed narrator or talking head. A low-confidence automatic transcript at 24.2–28.9 s is likely a recognition error (inferred).
On screenAbout 68% running footage, 23% measurement/track detail, 8% opening and end cards.
CaptionsNo timed speech captions; opening headline and small persistent technical labels in the early track shot.
SoundMusic/audio bed present; approximate 110 BPM estimate has low confidence. No clear cut-synced effects.
StructureClaim → sustained action → alternate-angle demonstration → scale/track detail → brand sign-off.
