Chart to Interface: Robinhood Design System
A silent square launch film turns a lime data trace into app UI, then expands it across spatial and campaign design.
Field notes / why it works
A high-contrast data trace is readable from frame 0 and becomes a device proof around 1.25 s. Continuous boundaries at frames 253 and 308 carry the motif from phone to room to campaign without visible cuts; shot 3 then shows the same system in poster and card forms.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A graphic data gesture becomes a working interface, then grows into a physical and visual brand world. The silent picture changes scale while reusing the same data shapes.
Why it works (inferred): the graph is legible at frame 0; the device arrives around 1.25 s; the move across the large display at frames 253–308 joins product and environment without a visible cut.
