Field notes / why it works

The video starts speaking at 0:00, establishes a category shift, and names the product by 0:09.6. Real interface footage appears when capabilities are claimed (0:14–0:22), then returns for the workflow and handoff (0:31–0:40 and 0:45–1:02). A second speaker takes over around 0:27, helping a 90-second, 26-shot explanation feel like a conversation.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

Two product builders speak directly to a fixed camera in a warm office. A broad change in the category becomes a product announcement at 0:09.6; close product screens then make each claim inspectable before the speakers return to a larger vision.

Why it works

  • The first speaker begins at 0:00 without an ident or title card, and the announcement arrives by 0:09.6.
  • The interface replaces faces from 0:13.6 to 0:21.9, then returns at 0:30.7–0:40.3 and 0:45.0–0:51.0 when features need proof.
  • Two voices and recurring returns to the desk reset attention across 26 shots; the last product claim resolves into a human vision at 1:15–1:26.
