A caller is already mid-reaction at frame 0, and the sound cue appears at frame 11, making the voice essential before the product is shown. The continuous boundary at frame 96 brings in the other caller, while shot 4 pairs the actor with controls before the brighter white claim sequence begins after frame 812.
