Field notes / why it works
The opening radial push settles on a readable terminal within 0.5 seconds, and the command is complete by about 2.5 seconds. Ten internal UI changes carry the viewer through choices and confirmation without a cut; a green completion state arrives around 15 seconds and holds through the 17.7-second end.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A dark terminal floats over a sunlit, green woodland desktop. A command types itself, opens a short installer flow, and reaches a visible “Done!” without a narrator or explanatory card. The promise is practical: a viewer can see the exact entry point and proof of completion within 18 seconds.
Why it works
- The first picture change arrives at 0.75 s: a rapid radial push settles on a large terminal while the command starts typing. There is no intro to wait through.
- The command is complete by about 2.5 s, so the rest of the clip answers the implied question, “What happens when I run it?”
- Ten measured internal changes keep the single 17.7 s composition moving; the selection screens at 5–14 s and the green completion state at 15–17 s make the result legible.
