Scribe v2's Quiet Proof Cascade
A 51-second transcription model launch film that moves from a restrained visual tease to benchmark proof and feature-specific motion graphics.
Field notes / why it works
The almost empty grid and growing central tile delay the visual reveal until about 0:03.6 while narration states the launch claim. A black benchmark section around 0:08–0:12 supplies numerical proof, then eight measured internal changes carry the viewer through language coverage, timestamps, interface examples and a final feature before the 0:43 CTA.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A measured product announcement uses calm narration over a continuous, highly designed motion sequence. It opens with a restrained visual mystery, offers a quantified comparison, then moves through distinct capabilities illustrated by abstract graphics and interface fragments before a short call to action and logo close.
Why it works
- The first 3.5 seconds let a tiny blurred square grow in a pale grid while narration promises a breakthrough; the visual reveal gives the claim room to land.
- The black benchmark scene around 0:08–0:12 replaces assertion with ranked bars and exact percentages, then the next card quantifies multilingual reach.
- Feature visuals change shape as the claims change: a timestamp ruler at 0:17, dialogue and technical terms around 0:19–0:28, and an entity detection card at 0:35.5. Eight measured internal picture changes sustain a film with no detected hard cuts.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | X · 1280×720, 16:9 · 51.3 s at 30 fps |
| Pace | One continuous designed shot; 0 detected cuts; 8 major internal changes, about 9.4 changes/min. Mean measured shot length 51.3 s. |
| Script | 94 spoken words; 116 wpm across the film, about 137 wpm while speaking; six measured sentences; no questions or second-person address. |
| Voice | Low-register, assured, lightly animated product narrator; 12 pauses of at least 0.25 s. |
| On screen | 100% motion graphic: pale grid and gradient forms, black data cards, thin type, simplified product UI; no visible people or filmed footage. |
| Captions | No conventional speech subtitles. Use concise feature headlines, numbers and UI labels as semantic text. |
| Sound | Continuous tonal bed detected (music-like, exact instrumentation unverified); narration forward; -15.5 LUFS integrated, -0.1 dBFS true peak in source. |
| Structure | Visual tease → claim and comparison → capability sequence → final feature → CTA/logo. CTA begins near 0:43. |
