Passkey Setup in a Phone Walkthrough
A silent 12-second phone demo scrolls from settings to a native passkey confirmation in one continuous frame.
Field notes / why it works
The phone and settings context are clear from 0:00, then a continuous scroll guides the eye toward the security menu without a cut. A focused setup page appears around 5.05 seconds, and the native confirmation sheet is visible by about 9 seconds, giving the silent walkthrough a concrete payoff.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A centered phone sits on a soft green gradient. Its settings page scrolls until a security item is visible; an in-app setup screen leads to an operating-system confirmation. The visual promise is implicit in the destination: viewers see where to enable the feature and what the final step looks like.
Why it works
- The opening already shows the app and its settings hierarchy; there is no title card to delay the task (0:00–0:01.25).
- The continuous scroll connects the starting screen to the relevant menu, making the path understandable without narration (about 0:01.25–0:05.05).
- The native passkey sheet at about 0:09 supplies a recognizable completion cue after the in-app setup screen (0:05.4–0:06.2).
