Field notes / why it works

The opening shows a useful task screen immediately and holds the angled phone for 3.63 seconds, giving viewers time to parse the UI. Three short proof views from 3.6 to 13.4 seconds build from a 30-day streak to a projection and history chart; the 13.1-second coach exchange then adds a human-scale use case through six internal changes. A colourful completion ring at about 32 seconds and a quiet availability card at 36.2 seconds close the arc.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A silent, music-led product launch film moves through one phone interface: today's useful action, a streak, a forecast, longer-term progress, a contextual coach exchange, and a satisfying completion state. It promises that {{PRODUCT}} makes {{CORE_ACTION}} easier to repeat; the evidence is shown as functioning screens rather than explained by a narrator.

Why it works

  • The first frame is already a legible task screen, with a live block timer and progress rings; the viewer can infer the use case before the first cut at 3.63s.
  • Three short proof shots at 3.6–13.4s layer a 30-day streak, a projection, and a 30-day chart, making the benefit feel accumulated.
  • The longest scene, 13.4–26.5s, slows down for a concrete, caring coach conversation; six internal changes keep it moving without a cut. The finish shifts back to quick completion feedback at 26.5–36.2s.
