Field notes / why it works

A small rotating mark and a centered announcement turn the version number into a specific promise by about 0:03. Four sparse title resets at roughly 0:08, 0:18, 0:33, and 0:42 lead into real task entry, agent progress, a reviewable result, and the app in context; the 15 internal picture changes keep a nearly uncut 64-second film moving.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A nearly silent, 16:9 software launch film opens with a small moving mark and a large centered announcement, then lets actual interface screens prove the claim. Its engine is a repeated alternation: short, open-space headline; detailed, readable product workflow; next headline. The last two seconds turn the off-white field into a dark brand card.

Why it works

  • The 0:00–0:03 hook gives one visual object and a fast text reveal, making the product promise legible without narration.
  • Feature cards at about 0:08, 0:18, 0:33, and 0:42 reset attention between long UI demonstrations; the measurement finds 15 internal picture changes, about 14.9 changes/minute including the final cut.
  • The proof occupies most of 0:11–1:00: an agent receives a task, runs it, presents changes, and sits beside the working app. The claim is demonstrated rather than repeated.

Pace2 detected shots, 1 cut at 1:02.3 = 0.9 cuts/min; 15 internal step changes; 14.9 total picture changes/min. Detected mean shot length 32.2 s is misleading because shot 1 contains the whole demo sequence.
ScriptNo reliable spoken words. The automated transcript is nine low-confidence punctuation marks; use brief on-screen headline copy, roughly 3–8 words per card.
VoiceNo intelligible speaker established by the supplied facts; design for silent viewing.
On screenAnimated mark and typography, feature title cards, screen recordings of the agent interface and live app, dark logo end card. No people.
CaptionsNo subtitles; centered headline cards in black regular sans on off-white. UI labels are native screen content.
SoundQuiet tonal/electronic bed (inferred from measurement), roughly 114 BPM in the final third; −29.3 LUFS integrated, −13.9 dBFS true peak.
StructureBrand mark → model claim → workspace introduction → task and result → review → app integration → dark brand close. No explicit CTA.
