Sticky-Note Countdown to a Desktop Commerce Toolkit
A 107-second product launch that turns a rapid physical-note hook into escalating input-to-output demos, CGI spectacle, and a timed offer.
Field notes / why it works
The opening repeats one handwritten seasonal alert across everyday objects with seven cuts in the first three seconds, making the message instantly legible while each placement changes. At 0:06–0:26, 0:29–0:55, and 0:56–1:31, each feature moves from source or tool step to finished campaign asset, with escalating outputs that re-hook attention. The offer arrives at 1:34 after the proof, followed by a brief human release and a clean logo card.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A seasonal launch film opens with the same handwritten alert appearing in unlikely places, then announces a desktop product and walks through a chain of commerce tasks. Each feature is sold as a transformation: a plain input becomes polished creative, then appears where a customer would see it. An offer, human reaction and relaxed final gag close the film.
Why it works
- The note appears on headphones, a bag, a drink, a laptop, a printer and a keyboard within 2.7 seconds; seven cuts make the one-message hook feel ubiquitous.
- The film moves from product photos (0:06–0:25) to posters and virtual models (0:29–0:55), then video ads and CGI (0:56–1:31). Each new output re-opens the promise.
- The 40% offer lands only after the outputs have been demonstrated (1:34), followed by a character payoff and the logo (1:39–1:47).
