A creation app told through its feed
A vertical app tour uses a rapid sequence of user clips, remixes and a final posting flow to demonstrate creative range.
Field notes / why it works
A casual skatepark selfie becomes an action angle at 0:01.9, so the viewer enters through a person and sees proof before any explanation. The fixed feed UI unifies 92 shots of food, noir, cartoons, fantasy and performance; pacing peaks at 12 cuts during 1:50–2:00 as a scene is remixed. The final 3:20–3:28 stretch turns the spectacle into a usable workflow by showing drafts, edit and post controls.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A continuous vertical phone recording tours a creation app by letting the feed do the selling. The opening shows a casual selfie becoming a skate stunt; each upward swipe brings a new genre, character, or impossible scenario. Late in the film, the viewer sees a remix and the draft-to-post workflow, so the spectacle resolves into a usable product.
Why it works
- The first 1.9 seconds show a familiar creator speaking directly to camera, then a low skate angle changes the scale of the scene; the first distinct new example waits until 0:17.7.
- A stable black feed shell, white controls and creator metadata hold 92 visually diverse shots together. The pace rises from only one cut in the first 10 seconds to 12 cuts during 1:50–2:00.
- The examples demonstrate range rather than repeat a claim: food (0:17.7), noir (0:45), cartoon (0:54), costume cameo (1:12), animal fantasy and style remix (1:45–2:00), then drafts and posting (about 3:21–3:28).

|---|---|
| Platform · aspect · length | X · 720×1558, approximately 9:19.5 · 3:28.6 · 58.45 fps |
| Pace | 92 shots, 91 measured cuts; 26.2–27.0 cuts/min allowing three uncertain changes; 34.8 total picture changes/min; mean shot 2.27 s, median 1.46 s |
| Script | 494 detected spoken words across many in-feed clips; 143 wpm over runtime, about 230 wpm during speech; no master narration |
| Voice | Rotating, conversational characters: friendly creator, comic performer, mock dramatic narrator, presenter; speech belongs to the clips |
| On screen | Almost all phone screen recording; mixed in-feed selfie, cinematic, animation, performance and workflow footage |
| Captions | No added kinetic subtitles. Small native app metadata at lower left; fixed white navigation and action icons |
| Sound | Continuous music-like bed under clip dialogue (measured, genre unclear); sounds from the displayed clips; no consistent cut hit |
