Field notes / why it works

Five cuts in the first 10 seconds turn a routine interview into a deliberate launch, with a full-screen title before speech starts at 0:09. The customer problem at 0:15–0:30 sets up three feature chapters at 0:44, 1:07, and 1:33; oversized type and small callouts keep the long presenter shots legible. A clean speaker shot from 1:53 and URL/logo cards from 2:15 give the release a clear conclusion.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A product leader speaks directly to camera about a release. A cinematic entrance and large launch title give way to the customer's operating problem; three numbered feature chapters resolve it, then the speaker returns to a broader product belief and a URL. The promise appears on the 0:05 title card and becomes explicit in the 0:30–0:40 thesis.

Why it works

  • The first 9 seconds change from walking-in footage to a clapper and a full-screen release title, creating an event-like entrance before the first word at 0:09.3.
  • The problem accumulates three concrete burdens by 0:25; a three-area roadmap at 0:36–0:44 gives the next minute a clear path.
  • Chapter overlays at 0:46, about 1:18, and 1:35–1:41 divide a 2:22 interview-led video into scannable parts; the final section returns to a single memorable principle.
