HeyGen Video Agent: From Footage to Campaign

A presenter-led product launch that proves the result first, then walks through the interface and ends on a waitlist card.

Field notes / why it works

The film shows a creation prompt and three example outputs in the first 17 seconds, well before naming the product at 0:46. A presenter reset at 0:25 frames the problem, then upload, analysis, selection, and parallel generation visuals from 1:11 to 1:50 make the promised workflow tangible. Twenty-five shots and 21 changes within shots keep a 2:05 launch explanation moving without burying the final waitlist URL.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A presenter opens with a command and immediately shows a finished use case, then reveals that one input produced several outputs. The film steps back to the viewer's creation bottleneck, names a new product, and walks from upload to planning to finished campaign before a single waitlist card.

Why it works

  • The proof precedes the pitch: the first 17 seconds show a prompt, generation, and three sample ads; only at 0:46 does the product introduction begin.
  • The mid-film reset at 0:25–0:46 turns the visual demo into a clear need: time, budget, tools, people, and uncertainty, with a new camera scale or overlay about every few seconds.
  • The workflow is demonstrated, not merely claimed: input cards at 1:11–1:21, footage analysis at 1:25, shot selection at 1:34, planning and generation boards at 1:44–1:47, then the 2:01 waitlist card.
