A presenter-led launch for Warp 2.0

A studio keynote layers live product UI, benchmark cards, and social proof over a nearly continuous presenter-led launch film.

Field notes / why it works

A slate, flash, and oversized speaker identification create three picture changes in the first 3 seconds; the product promise follows by 0:10. Four capabilities set the agenda, while 46 internal graphic changes sustain a 2:26 film with only 13 measured shots. A workflow demonstration, benchmark cards near 1:20, rapid testimonial inserts at 2:05, and a category-level close stack different forms of proof.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A calm, direct presenter announces a major product version from a dark studio, then demonstrates a sequence of capabilities through large floating UI captures. The promise arrives at 0:04–0:10; the rest of the film turns it into a workflow, supports it with measured results, and ends with a category-level positioning statement.

Why it works

  • The first second shows a production slate, a quick flash and a human entrance; by 0:03, an oversized split name/title card has identified the speaker and earned authority.
  • The four-part map at 0:10–0:28 gives a reason to stay, while UI panels change repeatedly inside the 58.6 s fifth shot. The measured pace is 23.7 total picture changes/min despite only 4.9–6.1 cuts/min.
  • The film escalates from workflow at 0:43 to benchmark numbers at 1:20, team context at 1:48, social proof at 2:06, then a broad closing claim at 2:10.
