Field notes / why it works

The first cut lands at 0.83 seconds and the first 10 seconds contain 11 cuts, making the three benefit claims feel earned by finished examples. At roughly 0:25 the film slows into a visible prompt-to-result workflow, then re-energizes at 1:32 with progressively more surprising variants of the same coffee-shop scene. The spare gradient end card at 1:48 gives the product name and question room to land.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A product launch film first shows vivid results, divides them into three short benefit pillars, then slows down to prove the workflow in the actual interface. The final result escalates beyond a plain output before a spare logo end card. There is no credible spoken narration; the visual examples, product UI, and a few title cards carry the message.

Why it works

  • The first cut is at 0:00.83 and the first ten seconds contain 11 cuts: a proof image arrives before explanation.
  • Three compact claims at about 0:00.8, 0:04.2, and 0:08.3 label the three different output sequences without crowding them.
  • From about 0:24.8 to 1:32.4, the pace shifts to a UI walkthrough; the viewer can connect the opening claims to actual product steps. The edit returns to designed results at 1:32.5 and ends on the brand at 1:48–1:55.

Platform · aspect · lengthX · 16:9, 1280×720 · 115.3 s · 24 fps
Pace24 detected shots, 23 cuts; measured 12.0–34.3 cuts/min including uncertain changes. Median shot 0.83 s, mean 4.8 s because the long UI segment is grouped as one shot. First 14 shots each hold about 0.83 s.
ScriptShort on-screen benefit cards and UI prompt text; no reliable spoken words. Whisper's three tokens are music/noise artifacts.
VoiceNone. Let type, examples, and music carry the launch.
On screenOpening: cinematic people/product imagery and bright illustration; middle: white product interface; close: composited result examples and minimal graphic end card. Approximate screen-time mix: 20% designed proof imagery, 60% UI/workflow, 20% result composites/end card (inferred).
CaptionsNo subtitles. Sparse centered benefit cards on white and UI text shown at actual screen size.
SoundContinuous tonal, music-like bed (measured); ~156 BPM estimate at low confidence. −18.7 LUFS integrated, −1.5 dBFS true peak. No clear recurring cut SFX.
StructureThree benefit pillars → product/name reveal → UI workflow → result escalation → brand end card. Visual payoff by 1:32.5; closing brand/CTA at 1:47.8–1:55.3.
