Busy Calendar to Smart Routing
A 28-second feature launch turns an overloaded scheduler into a clear form-to-match product story.
Field notes / why it works
The opening makes scheduling overload visible with accumulating call cards around a real operator before any feature claim. From 0:09.8 to 0:17.3, a form, Submit action, matching result, and integration screen show a causal product workflow; the return to the calmer operator at 0:18.6 gives that workflow a human payoff.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A brisk feature launch tells a miniature workday story: a busy operator is overwhelmed by incoming requests, a simple routing flow matches each request to the right colleague, and the operator gets time back. It alternates an expressive person, floating interface graphics, clean form and integration views, then returns to the person and a quiet logo card.
Why it works
- The first 3 seconds make the problem visible: calendar-like cards multiply around a person at a laptop, then the image narrows into a phone-shaped call view.
- The explanation arrives as an actual sequence of proof: input form around 0:09.8, submit at 0:11.3, match graphic at 0:12.8, team result at 0:15.1, integrations at 0:17.3.
- The benefit is human again by 0:18.6; the operator moves from stress to relaxed, varied work before a 0:25 logo end card.

| Reference specification | |
|---|---|
| Platform · aspect · length | X · 1280 × 720, 16:9 · 28.4 s · 24 fps |
| Pace | 10 measured shots, 9 measured cuts; 19.0–23.2 cuts/min allowing uncertain changes; 2.84 s mean shot; 23.2 measured picture changes/min |
| Script | 83 spoken words; 189 wpm overall, 208 wpm while speaking; four fairly long sentences, no questions |
| Voice | Animated, medium-register English narrator; assured falling endings; no on-camera dialogue evident in the sheets |
| On screen | Live-action operator and team, composited call/calendar panels, form and integration UI, white logo card |
| Captions | No speech subtitles; use brief diegetic UI labels, form fields, and one large matching word |
| Sound | Continuous low bed detected, but its source is uncertain; no clear cut-synced effects; −18.0 LUFS integrated, −0.9 dBFS true peak |
| Structure | Burden → routing workflow → matched person → connected tools → regained time → logo |
