A 55-second portfolio montage that pairs rapid palette shifts and kinetic typography with a calm identity finish.
Field notes / why it works
The first cut lands at 0:00.28, and five cuts in the opening three seconds establish craft before the title resolves. Distinct visual worlds reset attention throughout, from monochrome design around 0:09 to pink packaging at 0:22 and neon illustration after 0:26. After 48 shots, the 4.3-second end card lets the creator identity register.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A 16:9, music-led portfolio reel that proves range through finished-looking fragments rather than explanation. A luminous abstract flash opens the piece; typography, graphic systems, packaging, illustration and effects rotate rapidly until a clean identity end card at 0:50.7.
Why it works
- The first cut arrives at 0:00.28; five cuts occur in the first three seconds, so the reel earns attention before any context is needed.
- Radical palette changes create fresh chapters: blue/pink light at 0:00, black/white design around 0:09, pink packaging at 0:22–0:24, and neon fantasy around 0:28–0:38.
- The last shot holds 4.3 seconds, giving the viewer time to read the creator identity after a 48-shot montage.
